My passion for real estate sparked as a teenager during a summer job at a downtown Toronto property management company. There, I gained hands-on experience working with tenants, investors, and as a consultant to senior management —a foundation that shaped my approach to real estate. By 1997, I earned my real estate license, and after graduating from The University of Western Ontario, I achieved my Toronto Broker’s license.
